First Industrial acquires industrial facility in St. Louis

First Industrial Realty Trust has purchased a light industrial and distribution facility in the St. Louis suburb of O'Fallon, Mo., from Stamford, Conn.-based Cenveo, Inc.

Rob Pipkin and Eric Beichler of Mohr Partners, along with J. Patrick Reilly of Gateway Commercial/Cushman & Wakefield represented Cenveo. First Industrial was represented in-house by Michael Vallenari and John Wright.

Built in 1971, the building is located at 601 Cannonball Lane and contains 115,200 square feet. First Industrial plans to reposition the facility to accommodate either a single customer or multiple users.
