1/31/2008Charles Dunn directs sale of two L.A. multi-family properties for $10.3M
by Charles Dunn Company has completed the sale of two apartment buildings in Los Angeles, Calif., for a total of $10.3 million. A joint venture between N2 Ventures, LLC and Silver Oak Holdings, LLC sold a 27-unit apartment complex at 3325 S. Canfield Ave. for $8.2 million to Redwood Partners, LLC. Charles Dunn's Michel Hibbert represented the venture while Michael Balson of Miller & DeSatnik represented Redwood Partners. The apartment community was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is situated on a 16,000 square foot parcel, which sold for $1.33 million in May 2004. In a separate transaction, David Eitches represented an independent buyer in the purchase of a 12-unit apartment complex at 3200 Rowena Ave. for $2.1 million.
