Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Paul Glickman to vice chairman.
A commercial real estate veteran for more than two decades, Glickman previously held the title of executive vice president. He co-leads a 20-member brokerage team and has consistently been one of the firm's top producing brokers.
Glickman has arranged many of Manhattan's largest and most complex leasing transactions. In addition to representing the city's most prominent commercial space landlords including SL Green, Equity Office Properties and Vornado Realty Trust, he negotiates on behalf of several large financial corporations on their leasing needs across the country.
Glickman has thrice been recognized with Cushman & Wakefield's "Strategic Agency Services Award" for successful leasing strategies of 360 Madison Avenue, 505 Fifth Avenue and Grand Central Square.
He holds a bachelor's in Economics from Tufts University and studied at the London School of Economics.
