2/1/2008Marcus & Millichap lists Angler's Hotel in Miami for $28M
by  | | Angler's Hotel | Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has listed the historic Angler's Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., for an asking price of $28 million or $571,429 per room. Mark Wohl of the firm's Miami office is marketing the property on behalf of the seller, Anglers Resort, LLC. The 49-suite hotel is located at 634-662 Washington Ave. and is comprised of four, four-story buildings on 13,000 square feet. Built in 1936, it was frequented by American novelist Ernest Hemingway and is being offered with a capitalization rate of more than eight percent. Address: 634-662 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, Fla.
