CBRE brokers $39.5M sale of Miramar shopping center

Fountains of Miramar
An affiliate of Rutherford, N.J.-based The Morris Company has purchased the Fountains of Miramar shopping center in Miramar, Fla., for $39.5 million from a joint venture between Ross Matz Investments and Newman Realty Group.

Dennis Carson and Casey Rosen of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction.

The 139,380 square foot shopping center is located at 2929 SW 160th Ave. and was constructed in 2005. It's anchored by Office Depot, Pet Supermarket and Marshall's Ross Dress for Less. Current tenants of the property include Starbucks, Panera Bread, Pearle Vision and Payless Shoesource.
