A joint venture between
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and
Industrial Developments International has sold a 680,000 square foot distribution facility in Cranbury, N.J., to San Antonio, Texas-based
US Industrial REIT II.
Stan Danzig and Jules Nissim of
Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office brokered the deal with the firm's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group.
The facility is located at 324 Half Acre Rd. and is situated on 55 acres. Built in 2007, the building is currently 64 percent occupied by
Kuehne & Nagel, Inc., a global logistics company that occupies 443,803 square feet. The remaining 237,000 square feet are vacant.
Danzig is a broker with Cushman & Wakefield and has been with the company since 1981. He serves on the firm's Global Supply Chain Solutions Executive Committee and the Learning Institute Faculty for Emerging Brokers.
Nissim joined C&W in 1990 as an industrial transaction specialist. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Material Handling Society.
