Marcus & Millichap lists San Diego industrial portfolio for $23.75M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been hired to market and sell a two-property portfolio on industrial/flex buildings in San Diego, Calif., for $23.75 million.

Josh Volen and Andrew Slade of the firm's San Diego office are representing the seller.

The 121,065 square foot portfolio contains two buildings on 8.2 acres at 4520-4540 Viewridge Ave. Built in 1987, the facilities currently serve as the home of The Bekaert Group. The corporate headquarters building contains 48,203 square feet while the manufacturing facility contains 72,862 square feet. Bekaert has approximately six years remaining on a triple net lease and is offering the buildings with a 6.93 capitalization rate.
