Redfern Family Trust pays $12M for California apartments

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of the Cambridge Glen Apartments in West Covina, Calif., for $12.45 million. Gregory Harris of the firm's Encino office represented the seller, Redfern Family Trust.

The 76-unit apartment complex is situated on five acres at 2601 East Valley Blvd. and contains 73,826 square feet. It is comprised of five two-story buildings and has a unit mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Harris recently brokered the $24 million sale of the Franklin Plaza Apartments in downtown Los Angeles and the Royale Sherman Apartments in North Hollywood.
