Cushman & Wakefield brokers $46M sale of Chicago industrial portfolio

TA Realty Associates has purchased a 660,000 square foot industrial portfolio in the O'Hare submarket of Chicago, Ill., for $46 million from a Chicago-based private partnership.

The deal was brokered by Kenneth Szady, Jim Carpenter and Joe Voet of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group.

The portfolio contains 10 properties in Bensenville, Buffalo Grove, Elmhurst and Wood Dale. It is currently 92 percent leased and sold for approximately $70 per square foot.

The portfolio contains the following:
- 619 Thomas Drive, Bensenville, Ill.
- 626-630 Thomas Drive, Bensenville, Ill.
- 634-644 Thomas Drive, Bensenville, Ill.
- 222-230 Sivert Court, Bensenville, Ill.
- 1367-1407 Barclay Blvd., Buffalo Grove, Ill.
- 1278-1300 Barclay Blvd., Buffalo Grove, Ill.
- 1250 Barclay Blvd., Buffalo Grove, Ill.
- 949-953 North Larch Ave., Elmhurst, Ill.
- 571-599 North Edgewood Ave., Wood Dale, Ill.
- 341-361 Haynes Dr., Wood Dale, Ill.
