The Chicago, Ill., office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been hired to market and sell the Congress Center in downtown Chicago on behalf of Triple Net Properties. Jaime Fink, Jeff Bramson and Kenneth Glomb will market the property, which is being sold subject to existing financing. Built in 2002, the Congress Center is a 16-story office tower located at 525 West Buren St. It is currently 79 percent leased to tenants including the U.S. Federal Government, Akzo Nobel, Inc., North American Company for Life and Health Insurance and Amtrak. Fink and Bramson are also currently marketing the Transwestern-owned Milwaukee Center in Milwaukee, Wis. Address: 525 West Buren St., Chicago, Ill.
