Massey Knakal sells 10-story warehouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side

Massey Knakal Realty Services negotiated the $28 million sale of a 10-story storage facility on Manhattan's Upper East Side at 305 East 61st Street.

Clint Olsen, Massey Knakal's Midtown East market specialist, represented the seller. The buyer is a Manhattan self-storage investor.

The 10-story building is located on the north side of East 61st Street and contains 65,835 square feet above grade.

Olsen came to Massey Knakal from Marcus & Millichap where he was an associate representing owners of investment real estate. He holds a bachelor's in American Studies from Williams College.
