Delphi to sell 912,000 sf industrial property in suburban Detroit

Delphi Corporation is selling a 912,829 square foot industrial building in Saginaw, Mich., with an asking price of $9.5 million.

Geoff Hill and Christopher Dowell of Grubb & Ellis have been hired to market and sell the property.

The property is located at 2328 East Genessee Ave. on 77 acres. It is currently 100 percent leased to automobile component manufacturer TRW Integrated Systems, a division of Kelsey-Hayes Co. It is comprised of four buildings that were built in 1942 and are being sold with a 11.5 percent capitalization rate.
