Harrigan joins Lee & Associates as principal

The Novi, Mich., office of Lee & Associates has added Jim Harrigan as a principal. In that capacity, he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the western Wayne and Oakland County markets.

Harrigan is a former broker in the Southfield office of Signature Associates. He specialized in industrial investment properties and was a member of the company's "World Class Club".

Harrigan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Wayne State University.
