Hendricks & Partners sells San Antonio apartments

Spice Creek Apartments

Golden Valley, Minn.-based MHC Spice Creek Partners, LP has acquired the Spice Creek Apartments in San Antonio, Texas from Mascoutah, Ill.-based Chadnic Spice Creek, LLC.

Mike Miller and Chip Nash of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction. The price of the deal was not disclosed.

The apartment complex is located at 8802 Cinnamon Creek Drive. It contains 192 units and a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments.
