CenterVest Capital has purchased Albertson's Center, a two-building retail center in Colorado Springs, Colo., for $12.75 million from APC Austin Bluffs, LLC.

Senn-Lee & Associates' San Luis Obispo office brokered the deal on behalf of CenterVest. The seller was represented by Mike Winn, Tim Richey and Chad Flynn of
Cushman & Wakefield.
The retail center is located at 6945-7095 Austin Bluff Parkway. It contains 73,082 square feet on three acres and is currently anchored by an Albertson's supermarket.
Winn is an executive director in Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group. He specializes in investment sales and is a former broker with Grubb & Ellis. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado and graduated with a B.A. in biology from Colorado College in 1975.
Richey, also an executive director with the Capital Markets Group, specializes in the disposition of office properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region. He earned his master's degree in business and real estate appraisal from the University of Wisconsin.
