2/8/2008Marcus & Millichap completes two sales worth $15.9M
by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of a medical office building in Phoenix, Ariz., and a retail center in Southaven, Miss., for a total of sale price of $15.9 million.
In Phoenix, Erik Marsh and Danny Kahn brokered the sale of the Metro Medical Office Plaza for $7.5 million. Tempe-based RWR Enterprises purchased the 53,449 square foot medical building from Los Angeles, Calif.-based Avico Inc.
The building is located at 3201 West Peoria Ave. and contains 53,449 rentable square feet. It was built in 1979 and sold for $140.32 per square foot.
In Southaven, Jamie Medress of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office and Alfred Hackbarth of
Cushman & Wakefield represented Boise, Idaho-based MRH Venture Capital, LLC in the $8.4 million sale of a Sportsman's Warehouse. The single-tenant net leased building was purchased by BW-MC, LLC, Lucknow, LLC and Nolin, LLC.
Marcus & Millichap's James Devincenti represented the buyer in the transaction. Built in 2005, the building is located at 130 Marathon Way and contains 48,171 square feet.
