Thiemann Real Estate acquires Evansville senior apartments

Leisure Living West

St. Louis, Mo.-based Thiemann Real Estate, operating as Leisure Living Apartments, LLC, has purchased Leisure Living West, a senior apartment community in Evansville, Ind., from Leisure Living West, LLC.

Ken Aston of Hendricks & Partners' St. Louis office brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.

The apartment complex is located at 2518 Leisure Lane and contains 226 units. It was 95 percent leased at the time of sale and contains a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom units on 53.6 acres. The acquisition includes five land parcels adjacent to the property.
