Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has listed a portfolio of three Wal-Mart Supecenters and a Sam's Club with an asking price of $79.7 million. The properties are located in North and South Carolina, Ohio and Massachusetts.
John Riser and Adam Goldsmith, investment specialists with the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap, along with Todd Tremblay of the firm's Boston office are representing the seller in the offering.
The 713,028 square foot portfolio can be acquired wholly or as individual assets. Its contents are as follows:
- A 204,931 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter at
4550 Kester Mill Rd. in Winston-Salem, N.C. The asking price for this property is $23.03 million.
- A 200,084 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter at
1451 Woodruff Rd. in Greenville, S.C. The property is located near the Woodruff Road and the Interstate 385 interchange and has an asking price of $20.87 million.
- A 200,084 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter at
2700 West State St. in Alliance, Ohio. This property is located adjacent to the 250,000 square foot Carnation Mall and has a listing price of $18.61 million.
- A 107,929 square foot Sam's Club at
301 Barber Ave. in Worcester, Mass. The property is adjacent to the 430,000 square foot Greendale Mall and has an asking price of $17.19 million.
