Colliers hires Lamb as director of retail services

The Clearwater, Fla., office of Colliers Arnold has added Kimberly Lamb as director of retail services where she will focus on new business development and oversight of the firm's retail holdings in Florida.

Lamb is a former VP of property management with CB Richard Ellis where she handled the day-to-day operations of CBRE's retail portfolio. She is also a former VP of asset management for RMC Property Group.

Lamb is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
