Webster Properties acquires Dallas apartments

Webster Properties, LLC has purchased the Crystal Creek Apartments in Dallas, Texas from Los Angeles, Calif.-based Redland Partners, LLC.

Peter Hartnett of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office represented the seller in the transaction.

The Crystal Creek Apartments are located at 919 & 1025 West Wheatland Rd. and 8000 Woodshire Drive. Built in 1964, the property contains 217 units on 9.21 acres.

Hartnett recently brokered the sale of the 308-unit Savannah Trails Apartments in Denton.
