2/12/2008Pacifica sells 308 units in Seattle for $30.4M

San Diego-based Pacifica Companies has sold the Pheasant Run apartments in the Seattle suburb of Federal Way, Wash., for $30.4 million to Beverly Hills-based FSC Realty, LLC. Kenny Dudunakis of Hendricks & Partners' Seattle office brokered the deal. The 308-unit apartment complex is located at 27314 24th Place South in Federal Way, about 25 miles south of Seattle. It was built in 1985 and originally contained 368 units, however Pacifica converted 60 units into condominiums. FSC Realty, LLC is a private investment firm engaged in the acquisition, ownership, management and disposition of real estate assets.
