Colliers Turley Martin Tucker orchestrates sale of Verizon office buildings

A joint venture between Orix Real Estate Capital, Inc. and Boulder Net Lease Funds, LLC has purchased two office buildings in Westfield, Ind., from MetLife Inc.

Rebecca Wells and Michael Semier of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented MetLife in the transaction.

The two buildings contain 298,961 square feet and are situated on 55 acres at 19845 U.S. 31, about 20 miles north of Indianapolis. They were built in 1981 and 1987 and sold for $100.50 per square foot. Verizon Communications fully occupies both buildings on a triple-net lease.

Wells is a VP with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and specializes in commercial investment properties throughout the Midwest. She has been with the company since 2001 and is a former senior asset manager with Indianapolis-based Mansur Investment Services. She is a graduate of Indiana University.
