NYC mixed-use building/development site sells for $11.5M

A Manhattan-based hospitality developer doing business as 52 West 13th, LLC, has purchased a development site in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan for $11.5 million.

While the seller's identity was unreleased, New York City assessment records list the previous owner as Beverly Stane of Altadena, Calif.

Tanya Khabay of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office represented the seller while Deanne Draeger also of the firm's Manhattan office represented the buyer.

The site is comprised of a vacant mixed-use building and unused development rights from an adjacent property on West 13th Street. The lot is located at 52-54 West 13th Street and measures 42 feet by 103.25 feet.
