2/14/2008Colliers TMT orchestrates $12.27M sale of Cincinnati shopping center

Hauck Holdings Colerain, LLC has acquired the Colerain Shopping Center in Cincinnati, Ohio for $12.27 million from Venture Colerain, LLC. Robert Taylor, Jr. of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented EIG Meadow in the transaction. Colerain is located at 9470 Colerain Ave. and contains 75,075 square feet. The retail center was built in 1974 and expanded in 2003. It is currently 100 percent leased to tenants including Gold's Gym, Shoe Carnival and Chipotle. Taylor is a senior vice president and principal with Colliers TMT. He began his real estate career in 1981, specializing in the brokerage of retail investment properties. He's also owned and developed several shopping centers. Taylor earned a bachelor's from the School of Business at Miami University.
