Marcus & Millichap lists New Jersey development site for $13M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been hired to market and sell a large development site in Wildwood, N.J., with an asking price of $13 million.

Brian Weaver of the firm's New Jersey office is representing the seller in the offering.

The site is located at 3400 Pacific Ave., two blocks from New Jersey's Boardwalk. It is currently zoned for a 25-story building with 600,000 square feet of possible building space.

Weaver also has the listing for Sanctuary on the Lake, a 267-acre mixed-use resort community in Branson, Mo., for $25 million.
