2/19/2008Colliers International directs $20.4M sale of San Bernardino industrial facility

Colliers International have negotiated the $20.4 million sale of a 266,850 square foot industrial facility in the San Bernardino suburb of Redlands, Calif., from Oakmont Redlands Palmetto Ave., LLC.
Clyde Stauff and
Steve Calhoun represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the seller.
The industrial facility is located at 26940 Palmetto Ave., in Redlands, a town 10 miles southeast of San Bernardino. The building was vacant at the time of sale and features 2,800 square feet of expandable office space.
A senior vice president with Colliers, Stauff has been with the firm since 1973. He was named a CoStar top broker in 2004 &'05 and recently brokered the
$68 million sale of the Liz Claiborne distribution facility in Santa Fe Springs on behalf of a joint venture between Birtcher Development & Investments and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, LLC. Stauff received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Calhoun is a senior VP with Colliers and is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. He graduated with his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1977.
