Simpson Housing offers 420 units in suburban Atlanta for $35.85M

The Atlanta office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been hired to market and sell the Conifer Crossing apartments in Norcross, Ga., for $35.85 million.

Jason Nettles and Megan Thompson are representing the seller, Simpson Housing, in the sale of the 420-unit complex.

Conifer Crossing is located at 3383 Holcomb Bridge Rd., 17 miles northeast of Atlanta, and was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale. It contains a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, situated on 54 acres.

Simpson Housing recently sold the 400-unit Waterford Place at Mount Zion in Stockbridge for $33.25 million.
