2/21/2008Cushman & Wakefield completes $56M sale of NYC's Booth House

New York City-based Arun Bhatia Development has acquired Booth House, a 12-story tower in New York City's Union Square neighborhood, for $56 million from New York Downtown Hospital. Jon Epstein, Charles Kingsley and Yoav Oelsner of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group brokered the transaction. Built in 1965, Booth House is located at 318 East 15th St., just east of Stuyvesant Square Park. Including the underground parking structure, the total square footage of the structure comes to 129,000. Epstein, Kingsley and Oelsner recently brokered the $38.5 million sale of the Dia Arts Center in Chelsea. Address: 318 East 15th St., New York, N.Y.
