New York City-based Tarragon Corporation is continuing its disposition of assets with the sale of the Park Dale Garden apartments in Dallas, Texas to Torrance, Calif.-based PDG Apartments, LLC. PDG was represented by Tom Warren, Christopher Thomson, Ed Cummins and Jim Hearn of Hendricks & Partners while The Copeland Group represented Tarragon. The apartment complex contains 224 units and is located at 9701 Dale Crest Drive. It was built in 1974 and features one and two-bedroom units. The buyer plans to raise rents and invest in moderate improvements to the property's interior and exterior. In the past two months, Tarragon has sold the Villa Tuscany Apartments and the Deerwood Village Apartments in Orlando, Fla., for $72.9 million, the Floresta Apartments in Jupiter for $60.25 million, a six-property Southeastern portfolio for $156 million and the Cason Estates in Tennessee for $27 million. Tarragon is a national developer of homes, condominiums, town homes and mixed-use communities. The company currently has over 14,000 homes in development.
