FSP-Presidents Court, LLC, an affiliate of Fountain Square Properties, has sold 5202 Presidents Court in Frederick, Md., to Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC. Fountain Square was represented by Eric Berkman of Grubb & Ellis. Built in 1998, the asset is a four-story institutional grade office building that contains 233,000 square feet. It is situated on 24 acres and is currently 96 percent leased to tenants including JP Morgan Chase, Bechtel Power Corporation and Science Applications International Corporation. The acquisition was made on behalf of a private investor participating in Grubb & Ellis' newly launched Wealth Management program. Berkman is a senior VP with Grubb & Ellis and has been with the firm since 1999. He is a former employee of ONCOR International and earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Chicago. He worked on the Jimmy Carter Reelection Campaign in 1979 and was employed by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 1980 to 1983. Address: 5202 Presidents Court, Frederick, Md.
