Newman joins CORFAC as broker

The Portland, Ore., office of ICPS/CORFAC International has added Mike Newman as a broker.

Newman has been in commercial real estate for five years and is a former broker with Grubb & Ellis. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as a manufacturing engineer in the semiconductor industry for nine years. He earned his bachelor's degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Oregon State University.

At his new post, Newman will assist companies and property owners with leasing, acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate assets. He will specialize in industrial properties.
