Holland Residential acquires 464 units in Denver for $33M

Holland Residential has acquired the Brittany Downs Apartments in Thornton, Colo., for $33.62 million from Brittany Apartments, LLC and Brittany Phase II Apartments, LLC, a New York City-based private investment company.

Marcus & Millichap's Dave Potarf and Dan Woodward of the firm's National Multi Housing Group in Denver represented both parties in the deal.

The Brittany Downs Apartments feature 464 units on 325,376 square feet. Comprised of 22 two and three-story buildings, they are situated on 18 acres at 8849 Pearl St.

Thornton is located roughly 11 miles north of Denver and is the sixth most populous city in Colorado.

Holland Residential develops and manages multi-family communities in the western United States.
