Peterson inks deal for 278 units in Kansas City

New York-based Sentinel Real Estate Corporation has sold the Three Lakes Apartments in Overland Park, Kan., to locally-based Peterson Companies.

Sentinel was represented by Mac Crowther, a principal in the Kansas City office of Apartment Realty Advisors.

Built in 1987, Three Lakes is located at 12100 Willow Lane in Overland Park, a suburb of Kansas City, and contains 278 one and two-bedroom apartments. The complex was built in 1987 and was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Sentinel is a real estate investment management company that owns and manages multi-family, office and industrial real holdings in 29 states.
