2/26/2008HFF to market 95,000 sf retail center in suburban Chicago
by Eric Ramsden | | Dyer Crossing | Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been hired to market and sell Dyer Crossing, a grocery-anchored retail center in Dyer, Ind., a Chicago suburb. Paul Barile and Janice Sellis of HFF's Chicago office are representing the local seller in the sale, which is being offered without an official asking price. The retail center is located at 801-907 US Highway 30 in Dyer, a town located about 30 miles southeast of Chicago. Built in 2004, it contains 95,083 square feet and is 96 percent occupied by tenants including Jewel Osco, Chili's, Starbucks, Harris Bank and Blockbuster. Address: 801-907 US Highway 30, Dyer, Ind.
