Dayton apartments on the market for $17.5M

The Falls At Settlers Walk

Coffman Development Company has placed The Falls At Settlers Walk in the Dayton suburb of Springboro, Ohio on the market for $17.5 million, or $129,360 per unit.

Wiliam Klopfer, Jr., a senior associate in the Columbus office of Marcus & Millichap, along with Brian Murphy and Derek Kinnear, have been hired to market and sell the property.

Built in 2007, The Falls at Settlers Walk is situated on 11.2 acres at 10 Falls Blvd. The complex is comprised of 14 two-story buildings featuring a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units among 114,572 square feet. Contained within the boundaries of the community are a YMCA and The Marketplace at Settler's Walk, an upscale retail development.

Springboro is located approximately 17 miles south of Dayton and has a population of 12,380, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
