Colliers International finalizes $15M sale of Plaza at North Canyons southeast of Oakland

The Plaza at North Canyons

Silver Key Property Corporation has acquired The Plaza at North Canyons, a two-story office building in Livermore, Calif., for $15.1 million. The seller was the Robison Family Trust.

Gabe Arechaederra of the Pleasanton office of Colliers International represented Robison while Silver Key was represented by Colliers' Jason R. Allen.

Built in 2002, the building is located at 365 North Canyons Parkway in Livermore, about 25 miles southeast of Oakland. It contains 48,848 square feet and is situated on 3.28 acres. It is currently 100 percent leased and will be the new headquarters for National Food Laboratory starting in April 2008.
