2/27/2008Faris Lee sells two Southern Calif. retail centers for $11.75M

Faris Lee Investments recently negotiated the sale of two retail pads within the Crossroads Entertainment Center in Chino Hills for $6.25 million.
LNR Properties developed and sold the properties to Chino Starbuck/Wings LLC. Faris Lee's Richard Walter and Donald MacLellan represented both parties.
Built in 2006, the two pads contain a total of 11,100 square feet and are situated on 1.3 acres. They are located on Chino Ave. and will be occupied by Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks.
Faris Lee also completed the $5.5 million ground lease sale of the Orange County Fast Food & Convenience Plaza in Santa Ana. Dennis Vaccaro represented the seller, Sanderson J Ray Development, while the buyer, Buena Park, Calif.-based
Western Asset Management, LLC, was represented by Sam Kim of Century 21 Sunny Hills.
The plaza is situated on 2.83 acres at 700-750 East Dyer Rd. and is comprised of five buildings. The property is 100 percent occupied by 76 Gas & Carwash, Circle K, Subway, Jack in the Box, 76 Express Lube and Wienerschnitzel.
