Micozzi Management acquires two Boston area apartments for $16.5M

Towne Lyne Village Apartments
Boston-based Micozzi Management has purchased the Camelot Apartments and the Towne Lyne Village Apartments in Clinton, Mass., for $16.5 million from Clinton Management Corp. and Camelot Management Corp.

Robert Tito of NAI Hunneman brokered the deal.

The two apartment complexes contains a total of 193 units. The Camelot Apartments are located at 1021 Main St. while the Towne Lyne is at 290 Berlin St. The Towne Lyne is a five-building complex that contains a unit mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units.

Tito is an executive VP and principal with NAI Hunneman and specializes in the disposition and marketing of investment grade properties valued between $3 million and $30 million. He is the co-founder of the Dartmouth Company, Inc., a commercial real estate company located in Boston and is a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. He is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Business.
