UGL Equis Boston adds new senior VP

The Boston, Mass., office of UGL Equis has hired Jim Adams as its new senior vice president where he will specialize in office leasing, sales negotiation and market research as well as risk and feasibility analysis.

Adams is a brokerage firm veteran in the Boston area having worked for companies such as Meredith & Grew, Insignia, The Codman Company and Newmark Knight Frank. He also serves as a real estate specialist on behalf of numerous consulting firms.

Adams is the only commercial broker to receive the "Boston Tenant Transaction of the Year" award from The Greater Boston Real Estate Board on three occasions. He has leased over six million square feet of office space in Boston in his career.
