Self-storage portfolio in Florida offered for $15.4M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell the Space Plus Self Storage Portfolio in Tampa and Largo, Fla., with a listing price of $15.4 million or $106 per square foot.

Michael Mele of the firm's National Self Storage Group is representing the seller.

The portfolio contains two properties at 13100 66th St. North in Largo and 17231 Dona Michelle Drive in Tampa. They contain 1,540 units and include computerized gate entrances and digital surveillance.

Mele, along with Scott Rutherford, recently brokered the $5.7 million sale of a 40,626 square foot self-storage facility in Sarasota. The pair represented both Lockwood Stor-N-More, LLC and the buyer on the deal.
