BH Properties offers Ontario, Calif., Airport Center in for $11.67M

The Ontario Airport Center, a 61,056 square foot office building in Ontario, Calif., has been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $11.675 million or $191 per square foot.

Marcus & Millichap's Michael Lawrence is marketing and selling the property on behalf of the seller, Los Angeles, Calif.-based B.H. Properties, LLC.

The four-story building is located two blocks from the Ontario International Airport at 337 North Vineyard Ave., about 40 miles east of Los Angeles. It sits on 2.54 acres and recently underwent more than $500,000 in renovations.

Current tenants of the building include Cambridge College, AccentCare, A-L Financial Corp., Associated Chaffey Teachers and Home Services of America Inc.
