Marcus & Millichap to sell Austin retail center for $12.5M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell The Abby at Ben White, a 48,938 square foot shopping center in Austin, Texas, for $12.5 million.

Gavin Kam and Jason Middlebrook are representing the seller in the offering.

The Abby at Ben White is situated on 5.9 acres at 500 East Ben White Blvd. Built in 2007, the retail center is anchored by Office Depot and is occupied by tenants such as Check N Go, Fantastic Sam's, Gamestop, Subway and Regency. It is being offered for $255.43 per square foot with a 7.13 capitalization rate.
