Kimco Realty Corporation has sold its second retail center in Houston this year with the disposition of Sharpstown Court to Wu Investments, a California-based private investor.

Rusty Tamlyn and Mike Parker of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered the deal on behalf of Kimco.

Sharpstown Court contains 84,188 square feet and is located at 6900-6904 US 59/Southwest Freeway in Southwest Houston. It is situated on 5.6 acres and is fully leased to Office Depot, Metropolitan Furniture, Exclusive Furniture, Quizno's and Today's Vision.

In January, Kimco sold the Fountains on the Lake retail center to a joint venture between Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Dunhill Partners. Earlier this month, the company also sold two Long Island apartment communities to Commack, N.Y.-based Fairfield Properties.
