Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors makes fourth acquisition for Wealth Management


Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC has purchased a CVS Pharmacy in the Atlanta suburb of Decatur, Ga., from Automotive Holdings, LLC on behalf of its Wealth Management program.

The seller was represented in the transaction by associates from Development Consultants, Inc. The building is situated on two acres of land at 2738 Decatur Rd. It consists of 15,500 rentable square feet and is currently 100 percent occupied by CVS Pharmacy.

Grubb & Ellis made its first acquisition for the program last month with the purchase of 5202 Presidents Court in Frederick, Md., and the TIAA Building in Broomfield, Colo.
