Grubb & Ellis makes fifth acquisition for Wealth Management program

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC has purchased the Fifth Third Bank building in Montgomery, Ill., from McVickers Development, LLC on behalf of its Wealth Management program.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Tom May of May Center Advisors. The 4,200 square foot building is situated on 55,000 square feet of land and is located at 1991 U.S. Route 30 in Montgomery, 45 miles west of Chicago.

Grubb & Ellis has made several acquisitions for the program recently including a CVS Pharmacy in Decatur, Ga., and a two-building portfolio in Carpentersville and Northlake, Ill.
