Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of two shopping centers and a 52-unit multi-family complex in Arizona for a total sales price of $12.05 million. In Mesa, Ariz., Steve Julius and Eric Wolfe represented Santa Ana, Calif.-based Main & Lindsay, LLC in the $4.25 million sale of the Main & Lindsay Retail Center. The retail center is located at 2735-2757 E. Main St. and was purchased by Bozeman, Mont.-based Nanka, LLC. It contains 20,714 square feet and sold for $205 per square foot. Sanford Burstyn represented Silvercreek Shopping Plaza, LP in the $4.1 million sale of the Silvercreek Shopping Plaza in Taylor. The 54,623 square foot shopping center is located at 620-712 N. Main St. Marcus & Millichap's Doug Fielding handled the negotiations for the buyer, SILcreek LTD, LLC. In Tucson, Jensen Living Trust sold the Tucson East Apartments for $3.7 million to Linda Ellinor, David and Jean Salazar and Mary Jane Povlitzki of Santa Rosa, Calif. Marcus & Millichap's Mike McClain represented both parties in the transaction. The 52-unit apartment complex is situated on 1.75 acres at 8490 E. Old Spanish Trail. Built in 1982, the Tucson East Apartments contain a unit mix of 41 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom units. It sold for $71,154 per unit. Address: Main & Lindsay Retail Center at 2735-2757 E.
