BGK Group sells Houston's James Plaza

An affiliate of Boxer Property Management Corp., 3934 FM 1960, LP, has purchased James Plaza in Houston, Texas from Santa Fe, N.M.-based BGK Group.

The deal was brokered by Dan Miller and Marty Hogan of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

James Plaza is situated on two acres at 3934 West FM 1960 and contains 42,788 square feet. Built in 1982, the property was 50 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Prosperity Bank and Realm Properties.

Earlier this year, Miller and Hogan brokered the sale of Four Corners in Houston, a 424,393 square foot mixed-use property. The team represented Cannon Commercial in the deal.

Dallas-based Boxer is involved in the acquisition, management, leasing and disposition of commercial and residential properties in four states.
