3/12/2008Verizon sells Indiana distribution facility
by Verizon Communications, Inc. has sold a 330,822 square foot distribution facility in the Indianapolis suburb of Westfield, Ind., to Hollingsworth Capital Partners.

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Verizon in the transaction and will represent Hollingsworth in the marketing and leasing of the building.
The building is located at 910 E. 169th St., 28 miles north of Indianapolis and represents Hollingsworth's entrance into the Indiana market. The Tennessee-based firm plans to transform the facility into a multi-tenant warehouse/distribution building and is also in the process of renovating the building's interior.
Huguenard is a principal and senior VP with CTMT and specializes in investment services in Indianapolis. He is a member of the Boy Scout Fund-Raising Committee and earned his bachelor's degree in personnel management and labor relations from Indiana University.
Weishaar is a member of Team Huguenard and specializes in industrial sales and leasing. He is a licensed Indiana State Real Estate Salesperson and a graduate of Indiana University. Weishaar is a recipient of the Civilian Patriotic Service Award, which is given by the Chief of Public Affairs of the U.S. Army for service to the Department of Defense.
