Hendricks & Partners negotiates sale of St. Louis apartments

Creve Couer, Mo.-based Place de la Concorde Associates, LP has purchased the Place de la Concorde apartments in St. Louis from locally-based Lorenzo Development, Inc.

Hendricks & Partners' Ken Aston brokered the deal for both parties in the transaction.

The Place de la Concorde apartments are situated on 2.08 acres at 11542 Concord Village Ave., in south St. Louis County. The complex contains 50 units with a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Aston recently represented ZAZ Properties in the purchase of the Grandview Heights apartments in St. Louis and Leisure Living West, LLC in the sale of Leisure Living West, a senior apartment community in Evansville, Ind.
