The Boca Raton, Fla., office of Apartment Realty Advisors has been hired to market and sell a four-acre multi-family development parcel in Orlando, Fla., on behalf of the property's owner, Bumby Development Group. ARA's Marc deBaptiste, Kevin Judd and Dan Gasti are representing the seller. Bumby is an affiliate of Penco, a Dallas, Texas-based multi-family renovation contractor. The site is located across the street from the 188-acre Lake Baldwin and is within the Baldwin Park development. It has been approved for 178 units with a residential density of 44.06 units per acre. Judd, a senior vice president with ARA, joined the company in 1999. He is a former development manager with Suffolk Construction Company and was a real estate appraiser of office, industrial and residential development properties throughout Florida. He earned his B.A. in business administration from Marshall University. Gasti is a vice president with ARA. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he operated his own law office that specialized in construction law, contract disputes and civil fraud actions.
